Every product we create is part of a conscious process that honours nature, craftsmanship, and care. Because of the artisanal and limited-batch nature of our materials, we follow a thoughtfully designed Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure transparency and respect for the integrity of our supply chain.

By placing an order on www.danaiorganic.com, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that there may be rare occasions when you need to cancel your order. To accommodate such requests while ensuring minimal disruption to our order processing workflow, we offer a short cancellation window.

• You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

• Cancellations must be initiated directly through your account dashboard on our website.

• Once your order has been processed for shipment or dispatched, we are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances.

• Orders placed during high-volume sale periods, limited collections, or special campaigns may not be eligible for cancellation due to operational constraints.

Please note that Danai Organic reserves the right to cancel orders at our discretion in cases such as unavailability of items, logistical limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any applicable amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our textiles and yarns, and to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns of any products, including:

• Fabrics cut to order

• Naturally dyed yarns and fibres

• Handcrafted bundles or dye lots

• Items purchased under discounts or promotional offers

As each fabric and yarn batch may have slight variations inherent to natural dyeing, these should not be considered defects but rather a testament to the uniqueness of your piece.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully, request swatches (if available), and reach out with any questions before completing a purchase.

3. Refunds and Replacements

At present, Danai Organic does not offer refunds. All sales are considered final once processed.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• If you request a cancellation after the 30-minute window

• If you change your mind after receiving the product

• If the product doesn’t meet personal preferences in terms of color tone, texture, or expected variation

• If delays occur in shipping due to logistics or external disruptions

In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged in transit or materially different from what was described, we encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will assess each case individually and may offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

All items available on our website are designated as non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Organic fabrics that have been cut to specific meterage

• Naturally dyed yarns and fiber packs

• Products subject to seasonal dye lots or artisan-based variation

• Sale items, clearance stock, and limited-edition drops

Due to the customized, organic, and sensitive nature of these materials, they cannot be resold or restocked once dispatched.

5. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order within the 30-minute timeframe, please follow these steps:

2. Navigate to the “My Orders” section

3. Locate the order and click on “Cancel Order”, if the option is still available

4. If eligible, you’ll receive a confirmation of successful cancellation

Please note: Once an order has moved to the processing or shipping stage, the cancel option will no longer be accessible.
